Order Processing Time

We usually dispatch most orders within 6–12 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

Since we keep approximately 95% of our catalogue in stock, most orders are processed quickly. However, certain products may need to be sourced directly from the respective designer brands to ensure that our customers receive fresh and authentic products. In such cases, dispatch times may vary slightly.

During peak seasons, festive sales, or special promotional events, order processing and delivery may take longer than usual due to increased order volumes.

Ready to Ship Orders

Products available under our Ready to Ship collection are dispatched on priority and generally reach customers faster than regular orders.

Unstitched Collection Delivery

Most unstitched outfits are specially sourced and processed according to availability. Therefore, delivery for unstitched collections may take approximately 40–50 working days.

Mega Sale Orders

Orders placed during Mega Sale events may experience slight dispatch delays because of high demand. However, we strive to dispatch all such orders as quickly as possible and aim to process them within a few working days.

Free Shipping Across India

We are pleased to offer Free Shipping across India on all orders above ₹15,000.

For orders below ₹15,000, applicable shipping charges, if any, will be calculated during checkout.

International Shipping

Bilal Garments proudly delivers worldwide.

For customers outside India, the following shipping options are available:

  • Standard Shipping: ₹1,850.00
  • Express Shipping: ₹2,850.00

International shipping charges are calculated per order and may vary in exceptional cases depending on the destination country and parcel weight.

International Delivery Timelines

While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, delays caused by customs authorities or external logistics providers are beyond our control.

Incorrect Address Information

Customers are requested to provide complete and accurate shipping details while placing an order. Bilal Garments shall not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be shared via email, WhatsApp, or the contact information provided during checkout. Customers can use the tracking number to monitor the status of their shipment.
