Exchange & Return Policy

At BILALGARMENTS, we take utmost care in ensuring the quality and condition of every product before dispatch.

All sales are final. We do not accept exchanges or returns unless the product received is damaged.

Damaged Products

• Exchanges or returns will be accepted only if the product is received in a damaged condition.
• A complete, uninterrupted parcel opening video is mandatory to claim an exchange or return. The video must clearly show the unopened parcel, shipping label, and the product being unpacked.
• The opening video must be recorded at the time of delivery and shared with us within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.
• Claims without a valid opening video will not be eligible for an exchange or return.
• Products must be returned in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

Important Note

We do not accept exchanges or returns for reasons including change of mind, incorrect size selection, colour preference, or any other personal preference.

Once a damaged product claim has been reviewed and approved, BILALGARMENTS will arrange an appropriate resolution.
