Refund policy

Return & Exchange Window

Customers can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

Eligible Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Tags must be attached
  • Item must be in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Return Shipping Charges

A fixed reverse shipping fee of Rs 150 will be charged.

This amount will be deducted from the refund.

Exchange Policy

Ready-to-Ship items: Exchange allowed within 3 days of delivery

Pre-Booked items:

  • ❌ No return allowed
  • ✅ Exchange only if item is defective or damaged

Non-Returnable Items (Exceptions)

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Sale items (unless damaged or defective)
  • Pre-Booked items (unless defective)
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care items

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or wrong item:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Share:
    • Order number
    • Reason for return
    • Product image as proof

Refunds

  • Refund will be processed after inspection of returned item

International Orders

  • Orders cannot be canceled once confirmed
  • Customers are responsible for custom duties and taxes
  • Shipping charges depend on destination, size, and weight
