Return & Exchange Window
Customers can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.
Eligible Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Tags must be attached
- Item must be in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Return Shipping Charges
A fixed reverse shipping fee of Rs 150 will be charged.
This amount will be deducted from the refund.
Exchange Policy
Ready-to-Ship items: Exchange allowed within 3 days of delivery
Pre-Booked items:
- ❌ No return allowed
- ✅ Exchange only if item is defective or damaged
Non-Returnable Items (Exceptions)
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Sale items (unless damaged or defective)
- Pre-Booked items (unless defective)
- Custom or personalized products
- Personal care items
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged or wrong item:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Share:
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Product image as proof

Refunds

- It may take a few business days for the bank to process the refund
International Orders
- Orders cannot be canceled once confirmed
- Customers are responsible for custom duties and taxes
- Shipping charges depend on destination, size, and weight
